HEALTH SAFETY ENVIRONMENT (HSE)

SEM is highly committed to put the best effort in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protection in every aspect of our work. We provide safe workplaces for employee, partner, client, society, and put a high concern of responsibility on the environment preservation.

To implement a high standard HSE policy, SEM highly committed of doing these following things:

• SEM always complies every rules and laws that applied in Bangladesh, and will never bargain for any reasons.
• Regularly holds an excellent HSE training for our employees, according with the task and responsibility.
• Provides the safety equipment’s for the entire employees.
• Does the routine inspection and internal audit to find and reduce any accident potential.
• Builds the sense of responsibility as a company culture that grows in each employee’s mind, since the health and safety became everybody needs, the movement should be started from ourselves.
• Creates and complete the standard of procedure of HSE, in order to avoid the accidents, improves the healthy, prevents the harm of environment, and reduces the use of energy.
